Privacy Policy

How CapperCheck handles your data — the short version: barely at all.

Updated February 2026 · independently researched

CapperCheck is a static informational website. We do not run user accounts, we do not ask you to log in, and we do not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email or payment details. There is nothing to sign up for.

What we do and do not collect

  • No accounts or forms. We do not operate contact forms, newsletters or logins on this site, so we do not receive personal data through them.
  • Hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) may process standard server information such as IP address, browser type and requested page to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is handled by the host under its own privacy terms.
  • Analytics. If privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics are enabled, they record aggregate, non-identifying page-view data only. No cross-site tracking profiles are built by us.
  • No advertising cookies are set by us at this time.

Outbound links

This site links to third-party services, including affiliate links to marketplaces such as Whop. When you click through, that destination sets its own cookies and collects its own data under its own privacy policy — we have no control over and no access to it. Review the destination's policy before you subscribe. See our affiliate disclosure for how these links work.

Children

This site concerns age-restricted gambling content and is intended only for adults of legal betting age (generally 21+ in the United States). It is not directed at anyone under that age, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your choices

Because we do not collect personal data through this site, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can block cookies and scripts in your browser at any time; the site is designed to work without them. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us and we will address it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if analytics or a contact method is added). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
